Stewed Pork Chops!

3 bone in chops
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 large bell pepper
one small onion
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tablespoon honey

in a deep frying pan
cut each chop in half, brown in oil for 4 mins each side...remove...add peppers onions and tomatoes ( cut each tomato in 1/4 pieces and add juice as well ) simmer for 5 mins, re add the chops covering them with the tomato stew. add remaining ingredients.

simmer covered on med low heat for 1.5 hours
serve over rice
